The Gamma Tau chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma met April 16 at Brownstown United Methodist Church.
Dinner was served by the church’s women’s group. The chairwoman was Becki Thompson.
Shery Tiemeyer, director of patient/volunteer services at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, was the speaker for the meeting. She spoke about advance directives.
A business meeting was conducted. Members were reminded that next year’s dues are to be paid at the May meeting.
Theresa Rouse invited members to attend the state conference April 26 through 28 in Lawrenceburg.
Members gave donations to Anchor House Family Assistance Center and Pantry. "Glad You Were Here" gifts were given to Luella Maxie, Cheryl Fenton and Amy Hartley.
The next meeting will be May 21 at Central Christian Church in Seymour.
