Weather cancels events

Rainy conditions cancelled all sporting events involving Jackson County high schools Thursday.

Only a handful of events have been rescheduled so far.

Seymour’s softball team will play at New Palestine Saturday in a rescheduled contest.

Brownstown Central’s baseball team will now travel to Scottsburg tonight for a game.  The Braves’ track and field team will compete in the Salem Invitational on Tuesday instead of going to a four-way meet and the softball team will make up its game against Corydon Central on May 3.
