The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet at 8 p.m. today in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.
Board meetings are open to the public and press.
Trustees also plan to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. to discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies; and engage in strategic planning.
