E and B Paving will switch traffic on southbound Interstate 65 near the 61-mile-marker tonight.
The work had been planned for Thursday but was postponed because of weather conditions.
Southbound traffic will be moved to the northbound side of the interstate near the 61-mile-marker and will return to the southbound side near the 58.5-mile-marker, according to a news release from the Indiana Department of Transportation.
Motorists should continue to exercise caution in the ongoing construction zone between Columbus and Seymour.
