Easter egg hunt planned at First Baptist Church

An Easter egg hunt is set for 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, 505 Community Drive, Seymour. It’s open to age 2 through fifth grade.

There will be a special Easter message about Jesus, and thousands of eggs filled with candy will be hidden on the church lawn. A special area will be set aside for young children. In the event of rain, the egg hunt will be inside the fellowship hall.

Prizes will be handed out for golden eggs, and some grand prize drawings are planned, including wireless waterproof earbuds, wireless waterproof speakers and a children’s PJ Masks chair.

Free refreshments and photos with the Easter bunny will be available. Bring your own basket.
