Mrs. Gale E. Hill Lusk, 85, of Seymour, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at Lutheran Community Home.

She was born in Dunnville, Kentucky to Earl Rice and Susan Blanche (Daugherty) Davenport. She was a graduate of Shields High School; class of 1951.

She lived most of her life in Seymour. She was of Baptist Faith. She was blessed with two daughters with Jack Hill. She moved from Seymour to Indianapolis in 1962 to work at Franklin College for two years and then as an accounting clerk for several companies before retiring in 1993.

She married Phillip A. Franklin Lusk on November 19, 1966 in Taylorsville; he preceded her in death on January 28, 1997.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra (Willie) Reinhart; grandchildren, Brian (Teresa) McIntosh, Brent McIntosh, Drew Reinhart, and Tiffany Bruce; great-grandchildren, Dylan Reinhart, Griffin Eggers, Charlie Bruce, Betsy Bruce and Dustyn McIntosh; and nephew, Ronnie Kasting.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Phil Lusk; daughter, Susan Anita McIntosh; brothers, E. Wayne Davenport and Howard Davenport; and sister, Pauline (John) Kasting.
