Visitors to Crosley Fish and Wildlife Area will soon see the early stages of Crosley Lake’s dam renovation.

Drawdown of the lake at 1010 S. State Road 3, North Vernon, will begin this month. During the dam renovation, Crosley Lake will be closed to the public to ensure safety and expedite the process.

The project is estimated to be completed in the fall of 2020. Upon completion, Department of Natural Resources fisheries staff will conduct a survey and stock fish as necessary to restore fish populations.
