Stuckwisch resigns at Trinity

Brian Stuckwisch will not return as Trinity Lutheran’s varsity boys basketball coach next winter.

Stuckwisch has resigned as the Cougars’ coach, Trinity school officials said Wednesday.

Stuckwisch led the Cougars to a 20-5 record and sectional title in 2011. He then coached junior varsity for five years before taking on the varsity coaching job again in 2017. The past three seasons, the Cougars had records of 6-18, 9-17 and 6-18.

Officials said that a new hire will be announced on March 25.
