The Jackson County Public Library is offering a free class called Going Places for those in kindergarten through fifth grade at 4:30 p.m. on one Thursday a month at the library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.

Participants will step into different countries and experience new cultures through stories, crafts, music, snacks and other activities. Registration is required.

The next two classes are Fiji on Thursday and Colombia on April 18.
