Seymour Speed School in full swing

Seymour High School is welcoming all Seymour-area athletes to its Speed School.

The club aims to help young athletes develop and improve speed, strength and power.

The club is not sport or gender specific, with both boys and girls having equal opportunities to improve and grow.

Focuses include: agility, flexibility, athleticism, speed development, circuit training, form running, plyometrics, improved balance, core strength.

All sessions are taking place at the Seymour High School Auxiliary Gym.

Sessions are held on Wednesdays through March 6 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30.

The club is open to students from kindergarten through sixth grades.

There is no cost to attend, and registration is on site.
