A series of Circle of Friends Storytimes are planned throughout the winter at Brownstown Public Library, 120 E. Spring St.

This program for children ages 2 to 6 will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and Jan. 30, Feb. 6, 13, 20 and 27 and March 6, 13 and 20.

Each week, children will be introduced to a different theme through a combination of stories, songs, finger plays and crafts. Children who attend this program should be able to color and use glue sticks independently. A parent or guardian must attend story time with children under 3 to assist with finger plays and craft projects.

In accordance with Library Policy 802, parents and guardians must remain in the building with all children under 5.

If Brownstown Central Community School Corp. closes due to weather, all children’s programming will be canceled.
