Accomplishments this past week: Ramirez went undefeated (5-0) at the Brown County Duals on Saturday and also won his match against Columbus North on Thursday.

How were you able to perform to your fullest potential this past week?

“I practiced hard. Before the tournament, I felt that I had very good practices.”

What did you do well?

“I got to my offense.”

Do you do anything special to prepare?

“Nope. I just work hard in practice”

Favorite drink: Grape Gatorade

Favorite food: Chicken

Favorite music group/genre: “I pretty much listen to everything.”

Favorite book: “Hatchet”

Favorite class: History

Role model: Kyle Snyder

Best advice?

“Always try your hardest and never give up.”

If you could travel anywhere and why?

“Mexico so I can visit my family.”

Athletics goals?

“Be a state placer.”

Hannah Sabotin, Trinity Lutheran basketball, junior

Accomplishments this past week: Trinity beat West Washington, a sectional opponent, 46-45. In that game, Sabotin finished with 12 points and 13 rebounds.

How were you able to perform to your fullest potential this week?

“We prepared for the game last week during practices. We were focused and improved our skills.”

What did you do well?

“The team did well at attacking the basket and rebounding.”

Do you do anything special to prepare?

“Besides the support of my coaches and teammates, I try to get good rest and eat nutritionally before our games.”

Favorite food: Watermelon

Favorite music artist: Lauren Daigle

Favorite book: Bible

Favorite class: Art

Role model?

“Jesus. He guides and directs me through my life.”

“Do your best, play hard, have fun and play as a team.”

“Bora Bora. It looks so beautiful there.”

“To win sectional and make it to state.”
