The Jackson County Public Library offers a new program for comic book lovers.

Comic Book Alliance is a free program for children in grades 4 through 6 on at 4:30 p.m. Fridays from Sept. 7 to Nov. 30. 

Participants will discuss different aspects of comic books and their character and then work together to create comics of their own.
