Rob G. Jones, 79, of Washington, Indiana passed away August 14, 2018 at the home of his Daughter in Seymour, Indiana.

Born November 12, 1938 in Washington, Indiana, he was the son of the late Hamilton “Bob” and Esther L. (Gregory) McCracken. Rob worked as a salesman for Sears for twenty – five years, was a Truck Driver, and farmed in Daviess County. Rob graduated from Washington High School in 1956, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Washington. Survivors are a Daughter, Jayne (Mark) Singleton; A Grandson, Toby J. Singleton, three Granddaughters, Erin, Emily, and Maddie Singleton; two former spouses, Betty Chestnut and Naomi Jones. He was preceded in death by his Parents; a Son, Jay Jones and a Daughter, Jill Jones. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 20, 2018 in Gill Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Baxter officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 – 8:00PM at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Veale Creek Cemetery.
