Immanuel Lutheran Guild met June 5 in the fellowship hall of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour.
President Linda Eggersman opened the meeting, and the group sang hymn “Jesus Loves Me This I Know.”
Marie Harmon reported on the Immanuel golf outing in August. A sign-up was sent around for volunteers to supply desserts.
Judy McKain reported on the Lutheran Community Home party. The theme for the evening was a baby shower honoring Rachel Giraci. The tables were decorated with pastel-colored confetti, baby theme mints and wrapped diaper centerpieces. A gift was given with a variety of baby clothes and a quilt.
Marie Harmon closed with the devotion entitled “I am involved in each journey of your life.”
Hostesses for the evening were chairwoman Mary Lou Stockamp, Pam Rodriguez and Nancy Terkhorn.
The next meeting is Sept. 4.
