Seymour hosting baseball camp

Seymour High School will be hosting a baseball camp Monday through Thursday for incoming kindergartners to freshmen.

Those interested can register on the schools website at shs.scsc.k12.in.us/summer-camp. You may also sign up the first day of camp at American Legion Field. Cost is $45.

On June 4, Kindergarten through third grade will meet at the varsity main entrances, grades fourth through six will gather at the varsity first base dugout entrance and seven through nine will go to the west end of the hitting facility.

If there is bad weather, there will still be camp. The campers will be divided up, and use the gymnasiums, hitting facility and upstairs meeting room in the hinting facility.

Hickory Hills offering junior golf program

BROWNSTOWN

Hickory Hills Golf Club in Brownstown will be hosting a seven-week junior golf program, starting June 5.

The program runs seven Tuesdays in a row, and is geared toward the beginning golfer.

Cost is $30. Golfers can sign up from 8:30 a.m. until the the session begins at 9.
