Brownstown honors weightlifting winners
BROWNSTOWN — Brownstown Central High School recently named its spring weightlifting winners.
The winners were determined by how much they improved on their power club, which combined squat, clean and bench press.
Junior class: Braden Neal +50 pounds
Sophomore class: Justin Brewer +110 pounds
Freshman class: Justin Howard +65 pounds

Owls top Panthers
Behind Hunter Browning’s 5-over-par 77, Seymour defeated Jennings County 330-349 on Tuesday at Shadowood Golf Course.
Tyler Bullard shot an 80, Owen Marshall carded 85, Ethan Dippold totaled 88 and Connor Hinton had 91 for SHS.
The Owls will play another 18-hole round on Thursday at Otter Creek, in Columbus, with Columbus East and Bloomington North.
