CLOVERDALE FORMERLY OF SEYMOUR

Mr. Gordon R. Campbell, 62, of Cloverdale formerly of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Seymour on July 15, 1955 to the late Alfred and Norma Ann (Overshiner) Campbell, Jr.

He had previously worked as a tool and die maker. He loved stock car racing.

He is survived by his longtime partner, Ara Marie Ellington; brother, Brad Campbell; sister, Herchanna O’Haver; niece, Brooke Campbell; nephew, Chris Mix; stepmother, Barbara Tilley; as well as several aunts.

He is preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents, Otho and Uva Overshiner; and paternal grandparents, Alfred and Violet Campbell, Sr.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
