UPDATED at 10:56 a.m.: All lanes of Interstate 65 near the 58-mile-marker have reopened after a wreck, according to a report from Sgt. Stephen Wheeles with the Indiana State Police.
Wheeles said, however, that traffic may remain slow as the clean up of a box truck that flipped over in the median continues.
INITIAL REPORT
Police and firefighters have been sent to the northbound lanes of I-65 at the 58 mile marker on a report of a truck flipped over in the median there.
The accident was reported at 9:39 a.m. this morning.
Traffic has slowed or stopped on both the northbound and southbound lanes of I-65 near the accident.
Police are asking for a Lifeline helicopter to be sent to the scene.
