Donna Sue Hart, 54, of Columbus passed away Friday, May 11, 2018, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
She was born in Seymour on Feb. 14, 1964, to Eddie and Carol Caudill Shultz.
She had been employed at Shively Brothers in Columbus. She loved to sit in the sun and relax.
She is survived by her children, Megan Hart and Morgan Hart (Joe Forbes); grandchildren, Jayden, Bentley, Brailey, Gabriel and James; brothers, Larry Shultz, Tommy Shultz and Eddie Lee Shultz Jr.; and the father of her children, Richard Hart.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Voss & Sons Funeral Service in Seymour. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from noon until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
