The Jackson County Public Library will offer Creative Connection, an arts and crafts program for adults 18 and older at 2 pm on Jan. 13 at the Seymour Library at 303 W. Second St.
Led by artist and information services clerk Trina Roark, attendees will make a book page wreath.
Registration is required for this free program by Sunday at the library checkout desk.
