Jackson County Public Library book discussion groups plan to gather to discuss book themes, writing styles, characters and more in January at the Seymour, Crothersville and Medora libraries.

The groups are open to adults, and there is no attendance requirement. The books are available to check out at the library checkout desks.

Information services assistant Janet Hensen will lead the review of “The Guineveres” by Sarah Domet. Everyone attending should bring money if they plan to eat. Sign up for the program as you check out the book from the checkout desk.

The book discussion group at the Crothersville Library, which meets the third Wednesday of each month, will gather and share their thoughts on “The Art of Hearing Heartbeats” by Jan-Philipp Sendker at 6 p.m. Jan. 17.
