Seymour Special Education Parents Advisory Council will conduct its 27th annual Holiday Arts & Crafts Market from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 18 at the American Legion Annex, 414 W. Second St., Seymour.
There will be no admission charge to the market that will feature 40-plus vendors with items ranging from handwoven rugs to floral arrangements and holiday decorations to baked goods and ceramics. The American Legion Ladies Auxiliary will have lunch available.
Seymour SEPAC was founded in June 1988 and incorporated as a nonprofit organization in May 1989. The purpose of the organization is to increase recognition and understanding of children and adults with special needs. The goal is to promote awareness through activities and to develop positive attitudes and appropriate concerns in parents, families, students, faculty and the community.
