The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.
The purpose of the executive session, closed to the public, is to discuss the purchase of lease of real property; discuss and prepare bids, proposals or arrangements that will be competitively awarded among health care providers; discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies; and engage in strategic planning.
The board’s regular meeting, open to the public, is set for 8 p.m. Monday in the boardroom.
