Leah Dawn Warren, 40, of Seymour, died Monday, March 27, 2017.
Survivors include her parents, Herbie and Kim Smith; husband, Michael Warren; children, Hunter and Brooke Salsman; stepchildren, Julia Polly, Quentin and Seth Warren; and a sister, Melissa (John) Downey.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service with Pastor Brien Stout officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 9 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday.
Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice of charity.
