Plan for your future in Schneck program

As part of the Changing Places series, Schneck Foundation will present the Planning for Your Future seminar March 30 at Pewter Hall, 850 W. Sweet St., Brownstown.

This free seminar is designed to provide information about retirement planning, advance directives, funeral planning, long-term care insurance/Medicare supplement plans and trusts.

Some of these issues are ones that as people age, they tend to put off dealing with until it’s too late, according to a news release from Schneck.

Speakers include Trina Hanner with Beacon Wealth; Luke Nolting with Spurgeon Funeral Home; Bruce Werskey with Western Southern Life; Denise Connell with Montgomery, Elsner and Pardieck Law Office; and Brandon Hunsley with JCB.

JCB also is sponsoring the seminar, which begins at 6 p.m. and is set to end at 8 p.m. A resource fair will be from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

A complimentary dinner will be served by Pewter Hall.

Vendors will be available for your resource.
