
The George E. Archer Foundation is accepting applications for funding to support children’s gardening programs in south central Indiana.
Grants are available to schools and youth-serving nonprofit organizations in Jackson County.
Funding may be requested up to $1,000 for each qualifying project. Organizations interested in applying for larger grants may submit a letter of inquiry in advance.
Recipients of past grants include the Brown County YMCA, Nashville; Kids With A Mission 4-H Club, Martinsville; McCormick’s Creek Elementary School, Spencer; and public libraries throughout the foundation’s eight-county service area.
The Archer Foundation does not fund staff salaries.
