Jackson County Plan Commission plans to meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Jackson County Planning and Zoning Office, 202 E. Walnut St., Brownstown.
The nine-member board is scheduled to conduct an initial hearing for a request from Jeff Fleetwood to vacate an unimproved alley in the 6800 block of North Poplar Street in Freetown.
Board meetings are open to the public and press.
