Harold and Charlotte Kysar of Seymour celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary June 16.

A family gathering was conducted June 18 at their home.

Harold and the former Charlotte Lunte were married June 16, 1946, at Immanuel Lutheran Church by the Rev. Ed Hoeferkamp.

The couple have two daughters, Beth Ann (Allen) Brooks of Floyds Knobs and Jane (Mike) Jones of New Carlisle, Ohio; three granddaughters, Allison Jones (Sean) Phillips of Chicago, Illinois, Andrea Jones McCloskey of Georgetown, Kentucky, and Kristin Brooks (Jon) Guidi of Pebble Beach, California; and four great-grandchildren.

He retired from Con-Tel Telephone Corp., while she is retired from Tiemeier’s Jewelry Store.

Both are members of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
