BUTLERVILLE
Hans A. Johansen, 87, of Butlerville died Saturday, March 12, 2016, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Helen (Perkins) Johansen of Butlerville; three sons, John (Kathy) Johansen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Eric (Jane) Johansen of Indianapolis, and Quinton Johansen of Plainville, Connecticut; three stepsons, Mark (Julie) Perkins of Boulder, Colorado, Gary (Alice) Perkins of North Vernon, John (Dana) Perkins of Lebanon, Ohio; a sister, Nancy Lamb of Cincinnati, Ohio; and several great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service.
Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
