Gov. Mike Pence recently made appointments, including one from Jackson County, to various boards and commissions.
Bret A. Cornn of Jackson County was appointed to serve a three-year term on the Physician Assistant Committee. The five-member committee is scheduled to meet five times this year in Indianapolis.
Cornn is a physician assistant and has been with Jackson Park Physicians in Seymour since 1998.
