Ricky Wayne Petro, 15, of Scipio, died Monday, Nov. 2, 2015, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
Survivors include his parents, Dwayne and Krystie Petro of Scipio; brothers, Corey and Kenny Petro of Scipio; and a sister, Rebecca Petro of Commiskey.
Arrangements are pending with Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon.
