The Jackson County Public Library is conducting an Iron Chef: Desserts competition for Grades 5 to 8 at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Crothersville Library, 120 W. Main St.
Teams of three will be asked to create a dessert from the materials provided and will be judged on creativity, originality, presentation and taste as they compete for the title of Crothersville Iron Chef 2015.
