The Ladies Aid of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church met Sept. 3 in the meeting room of the Brownstown church.
Members opened the meeting by singing Hymn 428, “I am Trusting Thee Lord Jesus.”
Kathy Cunningham read the devotions about the life of David and his relationship with God entitled “The Good Life.”
Eleven members and one guest answered roll call.
Members discussed the idea of catering the Dec. 3 Christmas party meeting. Ileen Nehrt and Frances Nichols agreed to get prices for a meal and give a report during the October meeting.
Hostess for the meeting was Loretta Hoevener, and Helen Kellermeier assisted. Nehrt will serve as hostess for the October meeting.
