Southern Indiana Center for the Arts’ Paint the Town social painting experience has partnered with Rails Craft Brew & Eatery for its September event, set for 6 p.m. Monday upstairs at the restaurant, 114 St. Louis Ave., Seymour.
“We’ve chosen a radiant sunflower against a two-tone blue background,” instructor Darnell Dukes said. “To add just a touch of whimsy, a lady bug has been added to one of the flower petals.”
You don’t have to have previous painting experience or talent to participate. The patterns will be provided, and you will be guided through step by step to complete a piece of art.
Class price is $32.50, including all supplies and instruction. SICA members receive a 20 percent discount.
