COLUMBUS

Richard W. Barthlow, 78, of Columbus, died at 8:55 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Susie J. Barthlow; children, Robert L. (Diana) Barthlow of Columbus, Debra (Bill) Albert of Columbus, Richard L. (Sherry) Barthlow of Columbus, and Bobby “Dino” (Kim) Bennett of Columbus; a brother, Joseph (Dorothy) Barthlow of Texas; a son-in-law, Joseph White; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two daughters, Donna Barthlow and Becky White; and two grandchildren, Amanda White and Jeremy White.

The funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Rev. Della Hamilton officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Friday at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery.
