The 52nd annual Wes Hartley Memorial Shoot starts at 9 a.m. Saturday in the field behind Vallonia Christian Church, 2344 S. Main St., Vallonia.

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. The entry fee is $30 for adults and $15 for ages 16 and younger. Free breakfast will be served to all shooters.

All National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association rules apply in the over the log match. There is a 14-pound limit on rifles.

Prizes will be meat and merchandise, including 25 pounds of Swiss powder.
